Terms that apply to visitors, clients and members of konsultan.or.id.
Member profiles
Profiles are written by members. konsultan.or.id verifies identity and reviews claims for credibility, but does not assess or guarantee the outcome of any assignment. Selection and contracting rest entirely between the client and the consultant.
Members and addresses
Each member practises in their own name. Using a name.konsultan.or.id or @konsultan.or.id address does not mean speaking for konsultan.or.id. A breach of the Code of Ethics may lead to suspension or removal of the profile and address.
Privacy Policy
Information from applicants and clients is used only for the directory, the review and responding to shortlist requests, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 27/2022). Contact emails and track records are never published. Members may withdraw consent and ask for their profile to be removed at any time.
